Will my items ship together?
Yes. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Each artwork is made to order through our trusted production partner. That means your piece is created just for you once the order is placed.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and ready to ship within 2 to 7 business days. This allows time for printing and quality checks.
Shipping Time
Delivery depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
For customers in the USA, orders usually arrive 3 to 5 business days after fulfillment.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your item ships.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because each item is custom-made and production begins almost immediately, orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted. Please carefully review your details, including your shipping address, before completing your purchase.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What now?
If the shipping address provided is incorrect and production has already started, the order cannot be refunded. If the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the reshipment cost. If you realize you made a mistake, contact us immediately at contact@squareightwo.com with the correct address. If production has not yet started, we will do our best to update it in time.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently only ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We’re focused on serving our U.S. customers with fast, reliable delivery.
What if there’s a problem with my order?
If something is wrong such as a damaged item, incorrect size received, or a lost package, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.

How do I track my order?
You can track your order by clicking the [Track My Order] link in the footer or your account dashboard. You’ll also receive an email with tracking details once your order ships. If you need help, contact us at contact@squareightwo.com.
Do you offer gift options or personalized notes?
Not at this time. Since each item is made to order and fulfilled through our production process, we’re unable to include custom notes or gift wrap. We hope to offer this option in the future.
